We, of Bastages Inc, have finally found the holy grail. Others have done it before us, but after an untold amount of time pirating we have finally been graced with that allmighty of loot.... a tech two BPO. Oh how we have tried for this, how we have waited.
First, the story.
Our standard gate camp, in our standard region with our standard insulting behavior making TS2 a playground for abuse. Suddenly, a call comes... 'Bustard on scan, jumping to you.'
Well goody!
We do that thing we do, and soon enough the fine logging pilot is dead regardless and we are boggling at a killmail that only a BoB alt industry corp can supply.
Well ****, may as well loot the thing.
TS 1: 'Wow... thats uh, a lot of BPOS...'
TS 2 & 3 & 4 & 5 & 6 & 7 (in unison): 'Any T2?'
TS: 'No clue, my comp is lagging as there are so many'
TS 2: 'DON'T TOY WITH US!'
TS 1: 'omg a t2 bpo!'
TS 2: 'FINALLY! What one?'
TS 1: 'ECM Burst 2.'
TS: <depressed silence>

Battleclinic estimated the kill at being worth 15bil.
But battleclinic has trouble pricing BPOs properly, so YMMV.

Well, because CCP loves us the majority of the ship BPs got destroyed and we got uh, every other Tech1 BPC known to man (Thank god we got the warp core stab bpo! /sarcasm). You can see in the battleclinic link above that he was quite full.. of pretty much everything.
